This role will suit someone who had significant experience with the testing of software applications and integrations between Basware and Oracle(or similar financial / payroll etc. systems).
Indeed, in this role you will undertake a key role in the providing high quality systems administration, release management, change and incident management, analytical and related services to a large User base in a large and very complex environment.
This also includes analysing and resolving associated applications and linked system software issues.
Skills and Experience required
- Comprehensive (5+ years) of experience in the ongoing management of Basware, Tungsten or equivalent Applications or Systems.
- Financial Applications experience, providing high quality support to clients, both internal and external, via a service desk or similar delivery method.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in release management, issue resolution, patch management and disaster recovery and associated testing requirements.
- Have, or be willing to get a National Police Check (NPC)
