Senior Windows/AD/Exchange Engineer / Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational health, performance, and security of our on-premises IT infrastructure for delivery of services securely
- Take ownership (install, manage, monitor and patch) of a diverse set of systems
- Technical Leadership
- Infrastructure Management
- Monitoring and Optimization
- Patching and Upgrades
- Security and Compliance
- Process and Documentation
- Collaboration and Communication
- 7-10+ years Senior Windows/AD/Exchange Engineer relevant experiences
- Experience in Designing, deploying, managing and supporting on-premises infrastructure platforms (not Cloud Engineers)
- Strong Team Leadership/People Management skills and experience is a must
- Information technology service management (ITSM) experience is a must
- Any experience with Nutanix, VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience Datacentre migration projects is a plus
- Previous Banking/Financial Services companies experience is ideal
- Relevant IT certifications is a plus
