This is a fixed-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months, plus a 12-month extension option, located in Canberra (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office per week). Interstate candidates can apply, however you will need to be available at head office for monthly team catch ups.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Actively test Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as Microsoft CRM and SAP Concur.
- Work across latest technologies including Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms, and digital transformation projects.
- Liaise and coordinate test activities with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts across different sections.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new applications and technologies.
- Plan, execute, and report on multiple projects with parallel deadlines.
- Create test cases, document defects, and manage test cycles effectively.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience testing COTS products such as Microsoft CRM and SAP Concur.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technologies and project environments.
- Strong skills in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple testing methodologies.
- ISTQB Foundation certification(mandatory).
It is desirable if you have:
- Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
