Role - Business Analyst - D365 / Power Platform

About the role

  • The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, change managers, solution architects, developers, and testers. This collaborative effort will be focused on various projects within our client's digitalisation program.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business analysis on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Lead the creation and analysis of process diagrams and requirement specifications, adhering to Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) guidelines.
  • Offer strategic and operational guidance on program/project direction, focusing on analysis activities such as software requirements, requirements elicitation, data modeling, and use case development.
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate with subject matter experts to extract business and functional requirements.

Skills and experience

  • Proficient in creating process flow diagrams, business process modelling (BPMN), process optimization.
  • Solid experience in eliciting and documenting clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements through workshops, prototyping etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and software development, from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment
  • BABOK / BPMN preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
