About the role
- The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, change managers, solution architects, developers, and testers. This collaborative effort will be focused on various projects within our client's digitalisation program.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
- Lead the creation and analysis of process diagrams and requirement specifications, adhering to Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) guidelines.
- Offer strategic and operational guidance on program/project direction, focusing on analysis activities such as software requirements, requirements elicitation, data modeling, and use case development.
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with subject matter experts to extract business and functional requirements.
Skills and experience
- Proficient in creating process flow diagrams, business process modelling (BPMN), process optimization.
- Solid experience in eliciting and documenting clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements through workshops, prototyping etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and software development, from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment
- BABOK / BPMN preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
