We are working with one of Australia's largest superannuation funds who are currently on the hunt of for a CRM Platform Manager.

As the CRM Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of customer decisioning solutions and enhancements. Ensuring the ongoing value delivery and evolution of the B2C and B2B CRM platforms (eCRM & SRM) as part of the broader customer and stakeholder experience management platform & data ecosystems

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with functional & technology teams to define, design, document and deliver enhancements to the CRM platforms
  • Define and manage optimisations and fixes to the eCRM & SRM platforms.
  • Analyse, define and refine associated user stories, creating and managing the
  • JIRA and Confluence assets for these activities
  • Manage and prioritise the backlog of enhancements & optimisations for the CRM
  • Organise and manage Agile ceremonies for the CRM platforms, including backlog
  • refinement, sprint kick-off, review and retro ceremonies
  • Responsible for the delivery of agreed enhancements, working closely with the
  • relevant technology teams and squads to agree scope, requirements and timelines, and for communicating changes to scope and/or scheduling with impacted stakeholders
  • Manage the resolution of incidents and any resulting breaches

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience of CRM and/or Martech
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise in both analytical/one-to-one marketing, and in CRM
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Adobe Experience
  • Platform and Microsoft Dynamic365
  • Demonstrable record of delivering technology enhancements in an agile enterprise environment.
  • Business-oriented and technically literate, with a focus on CRM and/or marketing technologies
  • (Martech), data and analytics
  • A strong thorough understanding of enterprise technology development and operations
  • Ideally, demonstrable experiences of human-centred design (HCD) processes.
