SaaS Platform implementation
Working in the education sector our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to Join a large-scale Digital Transformation program working across a number of medium sized projects including a SaaS Platform Implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, project managers, and designers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
The main project will be to work on a SaaS application to help with a complaints management tool. The project is at the requirements gathering phase currently, conducting workshops, capturing feedback, working with stakeholders at various levels and working towards a successful solution before progressing to the UAT testing phase. This role will be heavily involved in working closely on testing and perhaps even hands-on. Therefore, a strong background in testing would be advantageous.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Process mapping
- Creating clear documentation
- User Acceptance testing
- Collaborating with key stakeholders including the Exec Team
- Gathering business requirements
- Creating user stories
- Quality assurance
- Providing user training for effective utilisation of the SaaS platforms.
Key Experience
- Experience within the education sector is essential
- SaaS Platform implementation projects
- Conducting Workshops
- Managing stakeholder Relationships of all levels
- User Acceptance Testing
- Exposure to Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI (Beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
