Our Government Agency client is looking for a skilled Cyber Security Business Analyst for an initial 12 months contract.

The Cyber Security BA will be responsible for:

• Program-Wide Support
• Gather and integrate business data from existing systems to help create centralized project trackers and dashboards, facilitating data-driven decision-making
• Participate in developing and delivering training programs on secure coding practices
• Data Classification and Loss Prevention
• Stakeholder Engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst Experience in Cyber Security
• Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF) and/or Essential 8 (E8) Framework experience
• Strong background in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis
• A proven background in IT with familiarity with Windows platforms, modern enterprise applications and cloud environments
• Ability to source and integrate business data to create program trackers and assess progress
• Basic understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools, preferably Microsoft E5/Purview
• Relevant certifications such as IIBA are advantageous but not required
