About the role
The Training Officer will collaborate with a team of training professionals to ensure that all training plans, materials, and delivery align with the project's principles, objectives, and standards.
Skills and experience
- Develop activities for virtual instructor-led training sessions.
- Demonstrated experience in AGILE ICT project settings.
- Proven expertise in virtually delivering software application training for significant transformation projects.
- Familiarity with digital learning principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams of diverse technical backgrounds.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 platform, NFP/public sector ICT projects, especially in implementing transformative ICT solutions.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) is a desirable qualification.
