Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Project Manager.

This is a long-term contract role of 12 months , located at our client's office with flexible working arrangements available.

As the selected candidate, you will:

* Manage complex ICT projects with significant financial and asset management influences.

* Oversee ICT software changes including release and deployment, dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation.

* Handle short and long-term asset management lifecycles, and manage the delivery of business requirements affecting organisational policies, processes, and ICT systems.

* Leverage the capabilities of finance management systems including TM1 and TechnologyOne.

* Manage priorities, organise workloads, and meet challenging deadlines under limited direction.

* Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, including communicating with a range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

* Evaluate financial and ICT risks in a complex and changing environment, and deal with a range of complex and/or contentious matters.

* Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on sound judgement, expertise, and knowledge.

To be successful in this role you should have:

* Extensive knowledge and experience managing complex ICT projects with significant financial and asset management influences.

* Extensive experience managing ICT software changes including release and deployment, dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation.

* Demonstrable experience in short and long-term asset management lifecycles, and managing the delivery of business requirements affecting organisational policies, processes, and ICT systems.

* Demonstrable experience in understanding and leveraging the capabilities of finance management systems including TM1 and TechnologyOne.

* Strong ability to manage priorities, organise workloads, and meet challenging deadlines under limited direction.

* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

* Experience evaluating financial and ICT risks in a complex and changing environment, and experience dealing with a range of complex and/or contentious matters.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on sound judgement, expertise, and knowledge.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline clearance.
