Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Canberra /Hybrid working arrangement

The Client is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to work within CTO branch of the Enterprise Transformation Group.

Requirements Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor the SOE and related activities.
* Provide leadership and technical guidance on the delivery of desktop and mobility solutions, including impacts to the end-user experience.
* Provide 3rd-level SOE support for desktop-related problem management cases, acting as an escalation point within the services team.
* Document as Built configurations.
* Maintain and implement ACSC essential eight (E8), security controls, and associated services about the SOE.

Essential Criteria
* Strong Knowledge of Windows, Networking and cloud services.
* Strong knowledge of the ISM and Essential 8.
* Microsoft Azure proficiency: Strong experience in deploying or supporting Microsoft Azure Environment, Including VM, SQL, ADDS, NSG,AVD, Storage, Azure Migrate and ASR.
* Directory Services Automation: Highly skilled in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Group Policy management, DHCP, DNS and NPS.
* Proven experience in a Level 3 Support role, preferably within an enterprise environment.
