Position Summary: As an IT Manager you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's processes. You will also be responsible for researching and integrating additional software solutions to optimize our workflows. Additionally, you will handle the general IT requirements of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and infrastructure processes
  • Design, build, and implement custom workflows and processes
  • Research and evaluate new software solutions that can enhance company processes.
  • Implement and integrate selected software tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Manage general IT needs, including hardware and software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in IT support, with strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
  • Experience in strategizing and implementing new IT & infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in the construction or engineering sectors preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
