Your background should include around 4 years of UX/product design experience, emphasizing user-centered design methods and effective communication across teams.
As a self-starter with a system mindset and attention to detail, you'll balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility. Passionate about customer stories and team collaboration, you'll drive success by measuring project outcomes, testing assumptions, and continuously improving based on feedback.

3-4+ years' experience

Experience working within Service Management (ServiceNow), Banking, Telco or Tech domain will be viewed as highly desirable
