The role:
We are seeking a Process Automation Analyst to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve educational processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting automation scripts using the UI Path Tool.
- Recording workflows and guidelines for each script produced.
- Creating processes that enable the execution of multiple automation scripts.
- Conducting testing and implementation of these scripts and their processes.
- Effectively executing automation scripts.
- Performing Quality Assurance and Certification for scripts deployed in School Portals.
- Working collaboratively with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key experience:
- A background in software development or automating repetitive tasks.
- The ability to quickly learn and implement new tools, particularly UI Path.
- At least one year of experience in Development and/or Testing.
- Strong communication abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions.
