- This role involves overseeing the planning and scheduling for the Strategic Projects Program, including the Distribution Management System, Spatial Solutions, SAP Rise Implementation, and SAP Projects.
- While schedules are already in place for ongoing projects, new schedules will need to be developed for upcoming initiatives.
- We are seeking a Scheduler or Project Manager with strong scheduling expertise to collaborate with various teams, ensuring that progress is tracked effectively and dependencies are identified.
- Creating and managing a comprehensive project schedule that outlines all tasks, task owners, dependencies, durations, key milestones, critical deliverables, and deadlines.
- Monitoring the progress of all tasks in the project schedule and coordinating with team leads, managers, and vendor partners to identify and implement actions needed to address any tasks that are behind schedule.
- Support resource capacity planning throughout the project by utilizing MS Project Online features.
- Contributing essential information to the weekly project status report.
- Providing input to project status reports as needed.
- Extensive experience and high proficiency in using MS Project for planning and managing project schedules.
- At least 2 years of experience in large-scale IT projects, specifically in developing and managing project schedules.
- Excellent communication and team building skills
