Our Federal Government Client is seeking a SAP Delivery Manager.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months with an extension term of 12 months and 2 extensions, located at our client's office in Canberra, ACT, with a requirement to work from client's Canberra office for a minimum of 3 days per week.

As the selected candidate, you will:

* Manage technical teams and partner with multiple vendors to achieve a combined outcome.

* Transform SAP products, including SAP CRM, PSCD, ERP, HANA, and S/4 HANA.

* Work within client's across both Infrastructure and Applications areas, and lead the transformation of SAP on-premises to cloud platforms.

* Collaborate with both Project and BAU teams to administer and coordinate activities, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.

* Utilize project and sustainment dashboards to track tasks and projects in progress across the team.

* Assist the section Director in managing governance and finance requirements for relevant deliverable items.

* Demonstrate personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and a challenging environment.

* Work under pressure with close attention to detail, organize priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

* Manage deliveries related to data platform-specific applications and solutions within Federal Government agencies.

* Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the section Director.

To be successful in this role you should have:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivery management in complex IT environments.

* Experience in SAP products, including CRM, PSCD, ERP, and S/4HANA.

* Delivery management experience with a large government agency.

It is desirable if you have:

* A track record of successful delivery of programs in SAP-related applications, platforms, and solutions.

* Experience in preparing, negotiating, and socializing delivery timelines and schedules.

* Experience in reporting on deliverables and project progress to leadership, including SES Band 1 and above.

* Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, mentoring, and team management capabilities.

* Experience in presenting information and communicating expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads and in a challenging environment.

* PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline security clearance.
