The Test Manager will lead the test management activities across the projects, ensuring that all testing efforts are aligned with the company's standards and industry best practices. The role involves coordinating test teams, managing the testing process, and providing guidance to subject matter experts within the Council. The Test Manager will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the testing process, ensuring that all deliverables meet the project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Demonstrated experience in testing mobile applications, websites, and single-page applications within an Agile software development lifecycle, with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs and technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager in ICT projects, with a proven track record of contributing to the delivery of project outcomes on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and ICT infrastructure in large, complex, controlled environments, with the ability to navigate and manage testing in such settings effectively.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and proficiency in using test tools such as Zephyr, JIRA, Lambda Test, TestRail, DevOps, and Postman, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and the critical role of testing in successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization, including customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical business language.
  • Advanced written communication skills, enabling the preparation of clear, effective, and logically structured documentation that supports project needs and stakeholder understanding.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, mediate conflicts, and guide teams to reach consensus and achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage concurrent workstreams or projects, ensuring all deliverables are met without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
