BMC Application Support Analyst

Our client:
A global multinational client that has operating for over 90 years.  
 
The role:
We are seeking an experienced BMC Application Support Analyst experienced in the support of BMC Client Management applications to work on a BMC Helix project. This is for an initial 3 month contract with possible extension. We are willing to consider remote work Australia wide for this role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide support and troubleshooting of BMC Client Management application.
  • Browser based application script recording using Selenium driver and Chrome Driver using Python.
  • Utilize BMC Helix ticketing tool for Incident, request, problem, change, risk and release.

Key experience:
  • Strong, recent experience in the support of BCM Client Management applications including setup and configuration.
  • Experience with BCM Helix, BCM Inventory Management, BCM, Patch Management, BCM Compliance Management, BCM Queries and Reporting.
  • BCM integration with CMDB and Smart IT.
  • Knowledge of Selenium and Python scripting.
  • Proficiency in asset discovery, agent rollout creation, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and user support skills.
