The role:
We are seeking an experienced BMC Application Support Analyst experienced in the support of BMC Client Management applications to work on a BMC Helix project. This is for an initial 3 month contract with possible extension. We are willing to consider remote work Australia wide for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support and troubleshooting of BMC Client Management application.
- Browser based application script recording using Selenium driver and Chrome Driver using Python.
- Utilize BMC Helix ticketing tool for Incident, request, problem, change, risk and release.
- Strong, recent experience in the support of BCM Client Management applications including setup and configuration.
- Experience with BCM Helix, BCM Inventory Management, BCM, Patch Management, BCM Compliance Management, BCM Queries and Reporting.
- BCM integration with CMDB and Smart IT.
- Knowledge of Selenium and Python scripting.
- Proficiency in asset discovery, agent rollout creation, and deployment.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
