About the role:

You will be the main point of contact for end user IT support and problem resolution at our client site 5 days a week, while also providing remote support.

Responsibilities

  • Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment.
  • MFDs (multi-function devices)
  • Telephones
  • Video Conferencing units
  • Tablets and hand-held devices
  • Facilitating user training sessions.
  • General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site.
  • Assisting with project work.

Skills and experience

Ideally you will be qualified in an IT related discipline and/or have up to Two years' experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 10/11 operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office and have a basic understanding of networking.

Your attention to detail, natural curiosity, ability in problem solving, planning and priority setting coupled with a strong focus on customer service will put you in good stead for this role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to commit to regular and punctual attendance are critical.

Baseline or NV Clearance preferred.
