About the Role:
Are you a highly skilled Program Delivery Specialist with a strong background in Finance and Commercial management? Our client, a leading organization in Defence, is seeking an experienced professional with Baseline Clearance to join their dynamic team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage program delivery while overseeing financial and commercial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage program delivery from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor and control project budgets, providing regular financial reports and forecasts.
- Drive commercial strategy, including negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those requiring Baseline Clearance.
- Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and drive program success.
Key Requirements:
- Baseline Clearance
- Proven experience in program delivery, with a strong understanding of financial management and commercial principles.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute complex program plans.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting and budget management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
