- Our key utilities client is updating its Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. While a significant portion of the solution has already been developed and tested, some components remain on the roadmap for future replacement.
- Seeking Senior Business Analyst to assist the Digital EAM Platform in implementing a new Line Inspection Tool, utilizing SAP S/4HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform, integrated with the EAM and Works Management Solutions.
- Collaborate with key business teams to create the supporting documentation for the Business Case submission.
- Coordinate with employees and management to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment between business processes and system requirements.
- Maintain and create process documentation, including process maps, design documents, and workflows, to support digital implementation.
- Analyze existing report specifications to reverse-engineer reporting requirements, identify information sets, source data, and business logic or calculations, and document the findings.
Skills and experience
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager regarding business process modelling
- Exhibited extensive knowledge of Business Analysis techniques for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications in large or complex environments.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage technical teams, senior executive leadership, and external vendors or partners.
