Our client, a leading retail property group in Australia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for an exciting greenfield project.
In this role, you will be crucial to the success of their Sustainability Reporting project, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will need to assist with the initial discovery phase, possess experience in developing strategies, creating roadmaps, and leading workshops.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or in a similar role delivering successful technology and digital projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, adept at collaborating with senior technology and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in crafting strategies, building roadmaps, and guiding projects from inception through delivery.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous involvement in sustainability reporting projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) organizations is desirable.
