We are currently working with one of Australia's most iconic brands who are embarking on a Salesforce Upliftment program and currently are in the need for a Senior Project Manager to work on the implementation and delivery. Their role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Establish robust project governance- project plans, comms plan, Stakeholder management plans, weekly project reporting and planning.
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring all projects are delivered on or under budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules including project initiation documentation, communication plans,
- risks, and issues registers, change management processes and plans, and other key project documentation.
- Ensure end to end project delivery and transition to BAU operations.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Demonstrated experience working on implementing Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience delivering projects using Hybrid delivery model (Waterfall /Agile).
- ITIL or similar Project delivery and framework establishment experience is a must.
- Strong and proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, working across functional streams- Technical, Business, Change management, testing, and project go-live.
- Prior experience working in a vendor and customer-facing environment.
