We are currently working together with one of Australia's leading professional services providers in finding an experience Systems Administrator (MacOS) on an initial 12 month contract. In this role, you would be providing up to Level 3 support primarily servicing the MacOS Environment and Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • IMAC support in person for critical 3 offices
  • Provide support for authorised hardware / software related incident(s) and Service Request(s) that cannot be resolved by Level 1 IT Service Desk support / L1.5 RTS team
  • Level 3 support and proficiency in MacOS environments. Provide advanced technical assistance and support for MacOS systems and associated applications
  • In person Device Configuration Support and In Person L2 / L3 Desktop Support as applicable
  • Fulfilment of employee offboarding service requests

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Proven experience in Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for MacOS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Experience with MacOS deployment tools and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional) are a plus.
