As Business Implementation Manager, you will work closely with both the program delivery streams as well as the business stakeholders to ensure that impacted business areas are identified and ready for the changes to their business processes and procedures.

Key to success of the role will be developing a detailed understanding of the gap between the business areas current processes compared to the required future state processes, and what they need to do prepare themselves for the future.



Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the identification and engagement of stakeholders impacted by the changes towards technical capability.
  • Determining the impacts on stakeholders as a result of the changes and working with business areas towards developing a plan of activity and adapting with the changes.
  • Developing and maintaining a schedule of activity that articulates the activities and tasks required for successfully managing the business implementation.
  • Coordinating and reporting on activity progress, ensuring impacted business areas have implemented the identified business changes needed for readiness with the technical change.
  • Identifying and managing dependencies between the responsible delivery objectives and other project or business areas.
  • Contributing towards the design and implementation of solutions that deliver business needs and technical requirements and meet the expected business and technical outcomes.



Selection criteria

  1. Demonstrated expertise leading hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Implementation or Change Manager
  2. Demonstrated expertise constructing a detailed plan of activity to support the business to identify and respond to impacts to their business areas in a Data and Analytics context
  3. Demonstrated expertise undertaking current state and future state business process analysis to identify changes to support business readiness activities such as operational procedure updates, training needs, etc
  4. Experience leading a team of business analysts and change analysts to support impacted business areas through the business implementation activities
