- Design pit and pipe works
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, construction, and operational teams.
- Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Oversee the design and engineering of fibre optic networks.

- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.

Essential criteria for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or related field.
- Extensive experience in the telecommunications infrastructure, with a proven track record.
- Extensive demonstrated experience in designing pit and pipe works
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing infrastructure networking strategies.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale fibre optic network projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align operational activities with long-term company goals.
