About the role
- The Project Manager will be accountable for the successful execution of various Operational Technology projects, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction and compliance with organizational project management methodologies, governance, and standards.
- The position will report to the Grid Technology Program Lead in the Engineering Division and will be responsible for overseeing various projects related to the Cyber Security Uplift Program (CUP), as well as data flow and monitoring systems within the Operational Technology Environment. These are the following initiatives:
- OTE Monitoring Enhancements Project
- OTE Jump box Consolidation
- OTE Virtualisation Replacement
- TELCO Replace DC Infrastructure
- MQTT Broker (BESS) Project
Skills and experience
- Proven track record in overseeing the complete lifecycle of Operational Technology Environment and ICT projects within large organizations, with particular expertise in on-premises infrastructure and data flow integrations.
- Proven experience in project management utilizing Agile methodologies for successful delivery.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at both management and operational levels, including strong skills in effective communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
- Broad experience in directing and managing a combination of internal and external resources, including vendors, to achieve project goals within established time, quality, and budget constraints.
