Our client:
A leading, global resources corporation that have been established for over 100 years.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Information Manager for an initial 12 month project to define, build and rollout an IM solution for a large program of work.
Responsibilities include:
- Review the existing processes and systems related to the overall information management flow for the project
- Develop an agreed Systems/Application landscape visualising how each system/application will interact with each other
- Develop the project specific Information Management Plan and Document
- Negotiate with the systems/applications supplier on a contracting model that works well for the project
- Train, support and manage the document controller in day-to-day document control activities
Key experience:
- Proven experience in an Information Management role within a large, complex environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with SharePoint application systems would be highly beneficial
- Any experience working within the mining and/ or resources industry is highly desirable
